Grinding mill is the first choice of industrial pulverizing equipment. Grinding mill is mainly divided into three categories: YGM high pressure roller mill, MTM American industrial mill and HGM grinding mill. Each category has its own advantages.

Before starting HGM grinding mill, check whether all inspection valves are closed tightly, adjust the direction of fan and spindle, and the exhaust valve should be in the full open position.
After the main engine of HGM grinding mill is started, it is necessary to add materials immediately (first fine particles, then normal particles), and then open the air volume valve.
The exhaust valve of HGM grinding mill should be adjusted as low as possible on the premise that the powder is not ejected from the feed port.
Then adjust the fineness of the finished product.
The jaw clearance of crusher with crusher and hoist series should be checked before starting, and the speed of analyzer should be adjusted to meet the requirements of finished product size.
Start HGM grinding mill in the following order:
1. Start the bucket elevator; 2. Start jaw crusher; 3. Start the analyzer after the materials are stored in the silo; 4. Start the fan (start without load and load after normal operation); 5. Start the main engine, and start the electromagnetic vibration feeder when starting the main engine.
At this time, HGM grinding mill starts to run normally.
When HGM grinding mill needs to be closed
Shut down all machines in the following order:
1. Close the feeder first and stop feeding
2. Stop the main machine after feeding for 1 minute
3. Stop the blower after blowing out the residue
4.Finally turn off the analyzer.
