Working Principle
The scrubbing machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, spindle, upper, middle and lower impeller and groove. The motor drives three layers of specially designed rubber impellers on the main shaft to rotate through a hard gear reducer to scrub the material. The tank body is hexagonal and lined with wear-resistant material.
The slurry enters the chamber of the scrubbing machine through the feeding pipe. Under the powerful stirring action of the impeller, the slurry produces violent turbulent flow. The ore particles have tremendous momentum in it, and produce violent friction and collision with each other. The impurity film wrapped on the surface of the ore particle is easy to be peeled off the mineral surface by friction and impact because of its low strength. The cement on the mineral surface will be loosened and broken after being soaked in water through strong friction and collision between ore particles, so as to achieve the separation of clay and ore particles. These film impurities and clay are broken down and peeled off into the pulp, and the pulp can be separated after subsequent desliming. In the actual production process, different chemicals should also be added according to the actual situation of the mineral.
Features
