Working Principle
The powder raw material is sent to the atomization chamber above the main machine through the feeding conveying system. In the conveying process, the powder is heated and dried by the heating device specially designed by the feeding conveyor. At the same time, the solid modifier is heated and melted into a liquid state in the special heating container and then sent to the atomization chamber through the conveying pipeline.
The atomizing chamber is provided with two groups of nozzles, one of which has four nozzles distributed on the wall of the atomizing chamber according to different positions, whose function is to blow away the powder materials sent by the conveying system into a fog shape.At this point, the raw material and the modification machine form a fog.Due to the two sets of nozzles from different directions of the air flow, can be fully mixed, that is, into the main engine.
The main engine is composed of a high-speed rotating spindle, mixing rod, impact hammer, etc. The atomized materials entering the main engine are subjected to impact, friction, shear and other effects under the high-speed mixing of the stirring rod, so that the powder particles and the modifier are fully contacted and mixed, and the powder materials are fully coated and modified.
The modified material is sent to the finished product collection bin by the screw conveyor. In the process of airflow transportation, the excessive heat in the material is absorbed by the airflow, and the finished product is removed out of the room after being removed by the cloth bag dust collector. After entering the collection bin, the finished product can be reduced to the temperature that can be stored.
